Individual Membership Application

I, the undersigned, apply for membership of WISTA New Zealand: I confirm that my details as set out in this  membership form are true and correct. If my details change during the year I will advise WISTA New Zealand so it can update this information. 

I confirm that I  come within the membership criteria stated in the Rules of the Association. 

I acknowledge that by submitting this form, I confirm that I will pay the annual membership fee (of $175.00 plus GST, for 2024/2025) for the period ending 31 March, within two weeks from receipt of a GST Invoice. Payment to be made to the nominated Bank Account on the WISTA NZ invoice. Admission to WISTA NZ is subject to the decision of the Committee of WISTA New Zealand.
