If you are applying for an individual membership you can do so directly there use the PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP FORM.

For a corporate member you will need to complete both the CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP FORM and then complete the CORPORATE INDIVIDUAL FORM foreach of the number of individuals you are applying for as a corporate (5pp, 10pp etc)
