If you are applying for an individual membership you can do so directly there use the PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP FORM.

For a corporate member you will need to complete both the CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP FORM and then complete the CORPORATE INDIVIDUAL FORM for each of the number of individuals you are applying for as a corporate (5pp, 10pp etc)
